SHOP MANAGER: $15/Hr FULL TIME
Requirements: Same as Team Leader/Trainer plus able to Train and Lead and a Team of Technicians, have Leadership, Customer Service, and Communication Skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Work Flow with top Management with regard to what is priority and getting those jobs done first, making changes as priorities change throughout the day, and keeping all jobs moving through service in an efficient and timely manner
- Managing Employees – Oversee and take charge of employees by assigning tasks and jobs to them making sure the jobs that are priority get done first; performing written warnings and write-ups for tardiness, absenteeism, or other violations; performing cart checks to make sure employees have what they need especially before and after an employee begins or ends employment; assist with Employee Training and Evaluations, and conduct Employee Meetings.
- Monitoring Work in Progress – Responsible for keeping all jobs under supervision, on-time, and within estimate. Check Vehicles Over During and After the Cleaning and Conditioning Process to ensure they are completed to Company Standards with Nothing Missed, train with top management on what to look for and have manager look over vehicle for a final check before delivery to customer
- Be a Working Manager– This means you are doing the Work During Slow Periods when there are not enough people to oversee doing the work and filling-in when someone is absent
- Inspecting Vehicles Prior to Cleaning to check for Damages and Assess what needs Attention for the Cleaning process. Keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition before and after cleaning. This includes taking photos if need be
- Moving, or Overseeing of the Moving of, Vehicles in and around parking lot, in and out of garage, parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations, or picking up owners or drivers if needed
- Maintain Clean, Organized, and Safe Work Environment including keeping Floors Clean by washing on a consistent basis; taking out Trash; doing Laundry; keeping Everything in its Place including Employee Supplies on their carts; letting a manager know when Equipment needs to be Repaired, if tools are missing, and any improvements that could or should be made; make sure employees are abiding by Safety Rules and using equipment safely; and in general keeping shop running smoothly
- Grow a Team of Leaders– Develop Team Leaders that can be in charge of 2 people and can assist you so that you can move up to other positions/responsibilities
- Customer Care– Waiting on customers when managers are away including answering questions and scheduling appointments

Assistant Manager: $20/Hr FULL TIME
Requirements: Same as Shop Manager
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reports to and works with General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Business, particularly attending to Customers
